Danny Cash Hot Sauce Case Study

Packworld published a case study about Danny Cash Hot Sauce using Primera Label Printers.

A hobby turned big-time business, Danny Cash Hot Sauce, founded by Danny Cash almost 10 years ago in Engelwood, CO, combines fiery, enticing package graphics along with fresh, high-quality ingredients to keep hot-sauce lovers coming back for more.

“Most people buy hot sauce just for the labels,” notes Cash. “We try to make the label match the sauce. If we have a high-quality label, then you can actually see all of the flavor ingredients in the sauce as well.”

Needed A way to publish discs quickly

This is a guest post by speedrocket.

Needed a way to publish discs quickly

I was running my own business workshops at various community colleges, conferences and job fairs all around the United States. I had some of my own patented systems I had used to start up many small home based businesses and I was offering my ebook and some software I designed on a promotional DVD. People could buy the dvd for a few dollars at my workshop if they were interested in trying my methods or using some of my software.

This was a great way to make money but the time that I was spending burning DVD after DVD before each workshop was getting to be almost as much preparation time as the presentation itself. It was to the point where I was paying my son to burn my DVD's for me in his spare time on our extra computer. This was really just keeping up with demand in some cases.

I also put a designed CD cover on my DVD's as well which needed to be printed and stuck onto each disc. Clearly this job was getting to be a lot of work. Although I could buy all this stuff in bulk, I was not willing to pay the expensive publisher costs in order to mass produce discs. I was content with the money I saved doing it from home. I simply wished there was an easier way to produce the discs, with little or no human involvement. I began to look into disc publishers and was very interested in a product from Primera that I found online called the bravo 4101 disc publisher.

I saw in the video how quickly it could produce discs and as a bonus it also printed labels on my discs as well. I could only imagine setting up the machine with a spool of DVD's setting my label into the software and just watching it produce discs for my workshops. If the video demonstration was any indication of the production value of this product, I would be able to even market and ship my ebook and business software DVD's online, so that even if people did not attend my workshops I would be able to sell them my software.

The software that comes with the publisher is very easy to use, you can just select whatever files and folders you want to burn to the disc as well as the number of copys and cover design and then hit the go button. What is also nice is the copy protection that is included on my discs so that my valuable software and ebook ideas cannot be copied or stolen and given away by someone else for free.

I ordered my very own and I can say this. It is easy to set up, easy to use and more than keeps up with demands for my product. Even If I need to produce hundreds of discs at once I am able to, as long as I keep ink and DVD's on standby to reload it it will keep going producing each disc without error.

I have been able to market my product even better and produce multiple volumes of software and Ebook DVD's. I also have avoided the heavy costs associated with outsourcing disc publication. I am so grateful for this product and can vouch for its quality 100%.
